All collections are Monday - Friday between 9am and 6pm.
Over-sized parcels will be held and an additional fee is required to pay before the parcel will be delivered.
Do not send fragile items, furniture or white goods as these are not insured.
£60 of free insurance is included with each parcel sent, additional insurance can be purchased using the drop down menu.
If the courier you book try to deliver the parcel and you are not in they will put a card through your door advising you to call the phone number supplied to re book a different date.
Packaging
Ensure your parcels are well wrapped to protect them from damage, damage caused to parcels not sufficiently packaged will result in an insurance claim being invalid.
You can obtain a quote to send to anywhere in the U.K. on this page, some postcodes have a surcharge and will be reflected in the price or some couriers do not deliver to certain postcodes, select the courier you require by clicking on the box.
